We undertook an update of the communication of architecture office Gaëtan Le Penhuel & Associates. While keeping their previous logotype, we focused on revealing the strong components already present in the office’s communication: the dieresis on the name of the founder (which was the logotype’s starting point), the typeface used in the logo, and the quality of the photographic work. From there, we created variations in order to build a consistent set of communication tools. The circle, used alone or in pairs, features as a punctuation mark throughout the identity. The photographs are carefully selected and aim at revealing architectural details. In parallel, we have also designed signage systems for some of their buildings, as well as graphic identities for architectural competitions.
